Thinking of coming in to take advantage of our free trial and try out a class? Here's a few things to note:
- Try to come in 10 mins before class to introduce yourself to the instructor, and sign our waiver.
- Bring shorts and a t-shirt to No Gi, and we do offer loaner Gis for our Gi Classes.
- Personal Hygiene is very important. Make sure that you have trimmed your nails, and are wearing deodorant. This is for yourself and the people you will be training with, as this is a close contact sport.
- Its perfectly normal to be nervous, just remember that everyone in the class was also the new person at one point. We all do our best to make everyone feel welcome!
